Founder: Bernd K., Thomas T., Irene B. further: New operators after 2002
Former members of the Award Police founded this index. They tried to develop their own
profile and to draw the outline of other indices particularly with helping Newbies.
Short time after closing the second Awardteam was re-opened by new operators and
with a new concept. Aside from the index the idea of a community and a platform for award themes
was specious.
